A Letter To Trump

If I were to write a letter to a person elected President of the United States I would start it Dear Mr. Ms. President.
I would have done that for President Nixon, President Reagan and President Bush (the younger) three men who I never supported or liked but because they were President I respected them.  Trump - I can't even refer to him as Mr. Trump but that would show some level of respect, something he has not earned and does not deserve.

So here we go.

Trump;

I am writing this because I am sick of you, I am sick of thinking about you, I am sick of worrying about the harm you are doing to this this great republic, I am sick of talking about the harm you are doing to the world's formerly indispensable nation.  Your very brief Presidency has been sickening.

You comment on the figure of the First Lady of France.  Who are you to comment on how someone looks?  I mean really Trump have you looked in a mirror?  You are not by any stretch of the imagination attractive, your hair is ridiculous, you have a very strange skin color, you may be obese (have you seen the pictures of you in the golf whites you like to wear?  Your hands are oddly small for a man so fat and tall and they way you use them in the odd flapping way is just strange. You are really kind of gross.

I am sick of your children (normally I leave family out of my political discussions but your family is different).  I am sick of Ivanka pretending how pro LGBT she is when you prove at every opportunity how much you despise LGBT people.  I am sick of her husband's pre-pubescent voice as he whines his innocence.  He went to meeting with a non-citizen promising campaign information about an opponent - that is illegal and probably treason.  Oh and boo hoo to Donnie junior whining about how hard his grifter life has been since Putin helped you win the title of President.

I am sickened about the money the taxpayers are spending so you can golf and so your "wife" does not have to live with you.

I am sickened that you are already on your second Chief of Staff, your second Press Secretary, your second National Security Advisor and your second Secretary of Homeland Security and you have not reached the 200 day mark

I am sickened that every time you give a "non-campaign style speech" the group you speak to has to apologize because "The President of The United States"  was vulgar, crude and lied.  I mean really Trump your really weird performance before the Boy Scouts was really appalling.  The fact that you think you did a great job makes it even worse. 

The fact that so many of this nation's police departments had to basically say after your speech to police on Long Island last week "Oh hell no!  This idiot does not speak for us"  speaks volumes to what an dumb ass you are.  Again, it was just so visually odd with you flapping your little orange hands through out the entire speech. 

Watch your speeches Trump - no one will ever compliment you on your figure, skin color, hair or hand size or intellect. 

Your Tweets; the spelling, the grammar, the use of ALL CAPS, over use of !!!!!!! - a 13 year old mean girl's tweets are better structured, better thought out and far more interesting.  Where are you when you hold your smart phone in you little orange hands and use your obese little orange fingers to send out these thoughtless, clueless, OK stupid little tweets.  The sad thing is you think you are making/setting policy with these peculiar 140 letters of insanity.  In reality you are confirming how you are in over your head and you have no idea what you are doing.  

The fact that you do not understand how this great republic's three separate but equal branches of government works is unbelievable.  Did you really go to The Wharton School?  Anybody who graduated from Penn would know how the U.S. government works and you do not.  Is this just another one of your lies?

The fact that you lie about shit that is quickly provable as a lie and then never back down from the lie is a clear example of how unstable you are.  I mean really here are some examples 

The wife of the Japanese PM does not speak English - A Lie 

Your inauguration had the largest attendance EVER! - A Lie 

Your electoral college margin was one of the biggest ever - A lie

Your businesses have no Russian investors - A lie  (your beloved namesake says otherwise)

You claim you have passed more legislation than any previous President.  A lie but please prove me wrong - please try 

Kellyanne Conway (ConArtist) says that you believe in an alternate truth.

You did not think health care was so difficult to understand.  And, according to many reports you never understood the legislation working its way through Congress.  The fact is you do not care about anything other than you was so clear during the health care debate.  You would have signed anything just to say you signed it. 

And, how did the insult to John McCain turn out for you?  Did you really you think insulting a genuine American hero would not be responded to.  I mean really, John McCain willingly would have given his life for this country and you played golf during those same year. 

You once said that your military academy experience was tougher than actual military service and your learned more from it. Because your parents sent you to boarding school is not the same as boot camp.  Did it ever cross your mind that your parents may have sent you to boarding school because they hated you and did not want you around?  Or, maybe they were embarrassed by your thinning hair and oddly small hands.

North Korea is more belligerent than ever - it is because of how weak and clueless you are.  You blame China, you blame Russia.  What country are you going to blame next?  Albania (shout out to my twitter pals for this reference).

Iran is all up in our joint like they haven't been for more than a decade.  And, it is all on you chubby.

I could go on and on and on and I know that my usual group of cowardly tea baggers who use fake names will respond to this blog post in their typical juvenile way .  If history predicts the future they will respond like 8th grade boys.  

 I am sick of you Trump, this great republic is sick of you and I am going to try really hard to blog about some things that matter to me from now on......

OMG - Obama's Buy Home in DC

Former President Barack Obama and his wife have decided to buy the sprawling Tudor style home  built in 1928 they have been renting since they left office in January.  They originally rented it so they would not have to uproot their youngest daughter from high school.  Or that is what they said.  Now that they have decided to stay in DC, what could they be up to?

• They just like DC because it is a majority African American population (you know they hate white people)
• It's a big house that sits up on a hill so they can sit on their porch and look down their noses on the neighbors
• It is around the corner from Ivanka & Comrade Jerod and they want to spy on them.
• They figure when Michelle runs for President in 2020 the move won't be that difficult back into the White House (which they will rename the Black House)
• They are planning a coup with all those liberal generals and it will just be easier if they stay in town

Why else would they buy a home in DC?

Do All Lives Matter?

Yes

Of course All Lives Matter! What kind of idiot does not think that?

In our current political climate only white people seem to be saying it. And, why do they say it?

Because they are trying to prove that "Black Lives Matter" is racist?  They are afraid people of color are going to get special protections?  I don't know anymore.  White people are so frustrating.

Black lives matter is not racist.

It is becoming very apparent that our black citizens do not think their lives matter as much as the lives of someone who looks like me.  Which is why the expression Black Lives Matter exists.

Ask yourself;

Would you want to be Black or Hispanic in this country?  If so, tell me why.

Presidential Campaign Review (And Trump)

This presidential campaign has been painful to watch.  Let's review the candidates.

Ben Carson was/is weird
Carly Fiorina was in over her head and a pathological liar
Lindsey Graham was Lindsey Graham
Little Ricky Santorum reminded everyone why they hated him
Mike Huckabee just seemed too desperate - I actually thought he was going to resort to self immolation to get attention
Jeb Bush seemed like he really didn't want to be there
Marco Rubio bless his heart has no idea about anything and thinks that if he is just a blank slate he can win
John Kasich pretends to be from the sensible center, he really is not but he will govern from the extremes
Ted Cruz believes that G-D has chosen him to lead this country and he actually believes in his talking points
Martin O'Malley (who was my first choice) just could not get any oxygen in the Sanders/Clinton world. He tried to run from the right of Sanders and from the left of Hillary - a place that does not exist
Bernie Sanders is a great guy - I don't think he is running on issues that can be achieved - I wish they could be but he is not in the real world
Hillary Clinton who has the best resume of all the candidates but people just can't warm to her

And, then there is Donald J Trump - the MSM darling (they continue to give him a free pass)
I initially thought with Trump in the race it would be hilarious, I thought he was going to be a few months of bluster and drama and he would announce his latest reality show.
But no; it is Trump who has made this race painful.
In his speeches he says nothing, he rambles from topic to odd topic and insult to insult.
He is thin skinned
He is self absorbed
He really believes in nothing other than Donald J Trump
His opinions on the great issues of the day are not based on research or taking the time to think about them He is all impulse and says what he thinks is going to get the best reaction.
He is for traditional marriage and yet he has been married three times
He is all about using the military at every instance but when this country called him to serve, which it did 5 times he applied for and received 5 deferments (rich kid)
He said he learned more about the military from attending a military styled boarding high school than men who actually served in the military.  Remember the 5 deferments
He claims to be self made but  his father was a millionaire and he took over the company
He says he is a great and successful businessman but the companies that are called Trump have filed for bankruptcy 4 times.
He talks about the working class in very racist terms
At what point in is climb to celebrity status has he ever tried to relate to working people?
How is going to make Mexico pay for that wall?  Go to war? (see 5 deferments)
He is fomenting violence by Islamic extremists
I am convinced that he won't release his tax information because we will find out he is not as rich as he tells us he is. Think about - he earned a large pay check from NBC and convinced them to pay his children as well.
He and his children needed that those paychecks
And, then there are his events.
They started out as raucous and he encouraged it and now they have become violent and he has clearly encouraged it.
Very soon a supporter will shoot off her gun at one of his events but that won't stop him.
A week later a white man will shoot and kill a person of color at a Trump event and then and only then will Trump's campaign come to an end

Fred Phelps has died  

I feel no guilt about being happy about this.  And, please no one try to tell me that all lives are precious - because his was not.

Will anyone mourn his passing?  

Will anyone shed a tear?

Will anyone grieve?

The vile children who began to run the "church" he founded even excommunicated him a few years back.

He was mean, he was cruel, he is was bigot, he was hateful and he was a truly awful person.

His protesting and taunting of the mourners at funerals was/is so disgusting that I can even find the right words to describe my true thoughts.

I am glad Fred Phelps is dead I only wish he could have taken the family members who have taken up his causes with him.

I wished I believed in hell.  

But, then even a place like that is too good for him. His corpse just rotting away and becoming nothing is much more appropriate end for a man of no value to society.

Fred Phelps is dead - let all the people rise together and say AMEN!

Another School Shooting

So!  Just another school day in the United States of America.

A 12 year old child  walks into school with a semi-automatic weapon - blows away a teacher, shots two of his fellow students and then takes his own life.

And, the nation yawns.


I don't know what to say anymore.  I don't know what to think anymore.

What the hell people I mean really what the hell?

"By a Tyrant, not a President" - These People are Insane

Extreme right wing former Congressman Allen West took to his facebook page to call the President of the United States a tyrant because Mr. Obama refused to cave into Teabagger threats to our nations financial and economic future.


Mr. West claims that the ACA (Affordable Care Act) is not the law of the land and it was forced on the nation "by a tyrant, not a President.

Of course the ACA was passed by both houses of Congress, signed into law by the President of the United States, so yes indeed it is the law.  When the law was challenged by such great legal minds as Gov. Tom Corbett of my home state all the way to the Supreme Court where the law was held as constitutional and thus it remained the law of the land.  I don't know if Mr. West was in a coma or on some really wild drugs during the past few years and missed all that but sorry crazy man but it is the law of the land.

And, then there was an election and one guy said keep the law and the other guy said get rid of the law. Perhaps someone forgot to tell the former Congressman but the guy who wanted to keep the law won pretty big.

The former Florida Congressman has been getting more and more vocal lately last week he called President Obama  a spoiled brat and pathological liar.  Perhaps he is looking for a gig on Glenn Beck's The Blaze dot com.  Or maybe he's just trying to be more coarse, more ridiculous and to cheapen the nation's political discourse more than Ann Coulter.

These folks are mad and I do not mean in an angry sort if way.

Not Much GOP Love For Ted Cruz

Tennessee Senator Bob Corker is critical of Ted Cruz .


Could this be the beginning of the end of Ted Cruz?  Demagogues have come and gone in American politics but they don't usually have public critics within their own party this soon into their fame arch.  Joe McCarthy lasted a few more years than this.
 

With Senators Bob Corker, Tom Coburn, John McCain and even Lindsey Graham coming out against Cruz's antics could his influence already be waning?  Even the loathsome Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell has decided to stand up to Cruz.


McConnell has a teabagger opponent in the primary next year even though throughout the Obama Presidency he has lurched further and further to the racist right in order to avoid a primary fight.  Since this has failed he has decided to be a statesman and has refused to support Teddy C and his wackjob supporters attempt to bring this nations government to its knees.

When Ted Cruz gets blamed for the government shutdown and then blamed for the default a few weeks later how much longer will his words matter?  How much time after these event occur will he become more irrelevant than Sarah Palin & Michelle Bachman?


But, he will always have the support of the racist tea baggers and perhaps that and his government salary for the next four years will keep he and his family from starving.

Boehner - Extremists Matter More Than Country

John Boehner has proven to be the worst and weakest House Speaker by capitulating to this . Like many Republicans he has decided that power trumps governing, truth, justice and the American way.


Speaker Boehner has agreed to support Teabaggers in their efforts to allow a government shutdown rather than fund The Affordable Health Care Act.

John Boehner has decided keeping his office is more important than anything else. Historians will write that he has been one of the weakest and least effective Speakers in history but apparently that does not matter to Mr. Boehner.

He has coveted this role for such a long time and he will do anything and everything he can to keep it. The Speaker of the House of Representatives, the second in line to the Presidency has decided that the extremists in his party are more important than his country.


There can be no worse political humiliation than being tossed out as Speaker by your own party (ask Newt) and if John Boehner does not bow to the extremists he is in danger of that happening. So, instead of doing what is right for the country Speaker Boehner is falling in line with the people who gave him the Speakership because being Speaker means more to Boehner than anything else.

Politely Asking to Not Commit Mass Murder

Howard Schultz, Chairman of Starbucks announced that  guns will no longer be welcome inside or at the outside seating of the coffee house.  Mr. Schultz has not banned guns he has just asked politely that people not bring them into his stores.

Perhaps gun control advocates having been going about this issue all wrong.

Maybe if we just ask politely for people to not walk into movie theaters, classrooms, military bases and houses of worship with guns and start slaughtering people they just won't.

That way everybody is happy.  Psychotics like Wayne La Pierre will no longer look like lunatics on television and liberals can continue to be polite and care about making the world a better place.

Since the existing gun laws don't seem to be working let's just not try to improve them and just politely ask people not to commit mass murder.

Sounds like an effective plan to me.

Throwing Firecrackers At the White House

Not that any day is a good day to throw firecrackers over the fence of the White House but with what was going on about 4 miles away today was a really bad day to do it.

Rev. Robertson; A Grifter Who Owns a Diamond Mine

If the new documentary 'Mission Congo' is to be believed and it appears to be well documented.  The reigning Godfather of Christian hate Pat Robertson is

• A charlatan - We all knew that
• A thief - We all suspected this
• An embezzler - We figured as much
• A liar - Duh! 
• Exploited the horrors of Rwanda to cover his diamond mine operation - That I had no idea about.

It appears that Rev. Robertson raised countless of millions of dollars from generous politically conservative white people (that is who watches his show) by telling his viewers he was going to send airplanes full of doctors and medical supplies to the refugee camps

According to sources used by the film makers there were no doctors, no medical supplies but tents full of bibles and a few hysterical preachers who kept getting in the way of the camps operations. 

Where did all the money raised by Pastor Robinson go?  To the operations of a diamond mine he is heavily invested in.  He also started a farm but that was really just a tax shelter front or the diamond mine.

I am not really shocked by any of this. The whole diamond mine thing is a bit unexpected but really Pat Robertson has been a grifter his entire adult life.

Two things; Something I don't care about & Rand Paul is just plain dumb

I don't Care!

The leads have been cast for the 50 Shades of Grey movie.  Did not read the books and will not see the movie.  Though  a lot of women I know read them with great enthusiasm.  A friend mine who writes stunningly beautiful erotica hated them and I trust her judgement.

The junior Senator from Kentucky once again proves how stupid he is (dare I say that?).  He praises Assad  for protecting Christians. Which is all well and good...Christians are in increasing danger in the Arab world.

Let's offer praise for a guy who has gassed his own people on numerous occasions and is clinging to power by murdering thousands of his fellow citizens.

But, gosh oh golly Mr. Assad is a great guy because Rand Paul needs to pander to extreme right wing intolerant Christians.

Rand Paul makes my head hurt, my hair hurt and my eyes hurt.

That clowns like this are in the United States Senate makes me cry myself to sleep.
