Wow!  Are you 12 years old?  "Locked and Loaded"  I am sure even the most radical member of the NRA is laughing at you for that.  When was the last time a weapon was "Locked and Loaded"?   It is so funny you trying to sound all tough and shit.  You are a joke.  You seem hell bent on taking this nation to war. 

Why is that?  When your nation called on you to serve you ran and hid behind your illegal immigrant mother and claimed to have problems with your feet, yet you played tennis and golf.  You are such a weak coward.  You claimed the military academy your parents sent you to (to get you out of their home) was better training than actual service in the Army.  You are just pathetic.

"Locked and Loaded"  every time I think about your fat little fingers on your orange little hands tweeting those words I convulse into laughter & tears and then I stop to think about the harm you and your grifter family is doing to this country, I get angry and feel compelled to write you again.

How much money has your filthy family made off your trips to your "Exclusive and Private" golf courses in the last 200+ days?  The fact that you are making the taxpayers of this country pay for all of this just shows how little you really care about us.

Just writing this short of a letter is painful - the fact that someone as vulgar, crude, rude, disrespectful and childish as you is President of this great republic is even more painful.

In our current political climate only white people seem to be saying it. And, why do they say it?

Because they are trying to prove that "Black Lives Matter" is racist?  They are afraid people of color are going to get special protections?  I don't know anymore.  White people are so frustrating.

Black lives matter is not racist.

It is becoming very apparent that our black citizens do not think their lives matter as much as the lives of someone who looks like me.  Which is why the expression Black Lives Matter exists.

Dear Sec.Clinton & Sen. Sanders

Good Afternoon;

One of you was a First Lady, US. Senator & Secretary of State, the other was a distinguished & innovative Mayor and a widely respected member of the House and now the Senate.

You are both smart, forward thinking and compassionate.  You both care about lifting all portions of the economy, you both support our troops, you are both pro-choice, pro health care and pro including the LGBT community in the full communion of the American dream.

One of you is going to face either Donald Trump or Raphael Cruz in the fall. It is going to take both of you to bring your supporters along in that battle.

So, do me a favor.

Knock it the fuck off.  Stop the bullshit.  Stop the name calling. Stop the "outrage".  Stop asking for "apologies" from each other.  Stop sending your surrogates onto TV to trash talk the other side and then sending someone else out to walk it back with back handed compliments.

Just stop it now!

Go back to battling about ideas and visions and issues.

You are both more qualified the any of the GOP contenders.  You both have better ideas.

Just stop, at long last I am begging you just stop.

New Jersey Governor Chris Christie's problems is not show any signs of letting up in fact the story seems to be getting murkier and picking up steam.

Very soon the question "Will Christie be able to put this behind him in time to run for President in 2016?" may become "Will Christie leave office on his own terms or will he be impeached?"

I can often find empathy for politicians in trouble but not this time.  He brought this on himself and he deserves what ever happens.

Predictions for 2014

*The GOP will maintain control of the US House though their numbers will be smaller.
           
*My Congressman Charlie Dent will win re-election if he has an opponent.
      He made quite an name for himself during the Republican led government shut down.  You may           remember he was one of the few Republicans to speak out against it. Of course, he supported every vote that led to it but once it actually occurred he opposed it.  I had hoped that he would take that fame and become a leader but it appears he has settled once again into back bench status.  But, he is such a nice guy.

*The Democrats will maintain control of the US Senate at about the same level they have now.
     
*Kentucky senior Senator and Senate GOP Leader Mitch McConnell will lose.
       He will survive the right wing attack during the primary but he will be bruised and bloodied.  His Democratic opponent has run and won state wide, she is from a respected political family and she is raising big bucks.  He is going to throw everything at her but he is trailing in the polls and for someone with his power trailing in polls even early polls is not a good sign (for him).

*People will bitch and moan about Artsquest, Musikfest and Jeff Parks.

*Sarah Palin will continue to make pronouncements that have no substance and show no clear understanding of the issues.

*Oprah Winfrey will try to keep in the headlines by pretending to be a victim of some perceived slight.

*Northampton County will implode under the pressure of Tea Bagger madness.  The County Council will get bogged down in such important issues as Sharia Law, Alien Invasions from Planet Claire, Border Security and getting the United States out from under the burdens of UN Regulations.

*The Governors of Florida, Maine and Pennsylvania will lose their re-election bids. Even the ever loyal Republicans can only put up with so much embarrassing incompetence.

*Donald Trump will continue to make a fool of himself on Twitter.

*A prominent and popular professional male athlete will come out as gay thus opening up the floodgates with more famous people announcing their true selves to the public.  The love that once dared not speak it's name will become the love that will not shut up.  And, that is a good thing.

*The sounds of Cher singing "If I could turn back time" will be heard almost daily in Bethlehem City Hall. Thus requiring City council to step up and become the incubator of new ideas, economic development and sensible growth.

*A convention of the Snob Voter Party will be held at the Bethlehem Brew Works, it's Elite Central Committee will caucus at Tapas on Main and it's homo influenced think tank will salon at The Hotel Bethlehem Tap Room.

Ignoring Ann Coulter

This was the beginning of a headline on Huffington Post today; apparently Ann Coulter said something on FOX about MSNBC host Melissa Harris-Perry, apparently it was "shocking"

I was pretty proud of myself for not clicking on the headline to read the "Shocking" thing Miss Coulter had said.

Why would I want to read anything this by this woman?  She offers nothing to the discourse but insults, snark and over the top headline grabbing one liners. Her only intent is to offer shock and the results always fall short of awe.



It's time for the MSM to ignore her and just leave her to FOX.

NBC News ace super star reporter Luke Russert Tweeted a link to Speaker Boehner's web site  in which the man with tan recounts his attempt to sign up for coverage with the DC Health Care Exchange and according to the Speaker it did not go well.

The diligent Mr. Russert did not offer any independent verification that this actually happened.  It could have have been staged by the desperate Republican leader.


A number of things could have happened along the way that could have caused John Boehner some problems.

1. John Boehner is a resident of Ohio and does not qualify for Health Care with the DC Exchange.
2. Mr. Boehner's income is too high for coverage and he does not qualify.
3. Mr. Boehner gets his health care paid for by his employer and does not qualify.
4. Was Speaker Boehner sober?
5. Why was John Boehner doing private and personal business on his employers time and using his employers computer.  That is grounds for firing in the private sector.
6. The system was having one of its glitches.

Perhaps Luke Russert will offer a more full report tonight on the Evening News......or not.

PA Marriage Equality Suit Proceeding

A federal district judge has issued a ruling that has cleared the way for a challenge to Pennsylvania's 17 year old law banning marriage equality.  The judge has set this Friday for a conference with all the interested parties to set the date and the ground rules for the actual case to be heard.

So, things are moving ahead - perhaps I won't be dead before I can get married in my home state.

And, next time you see Governor Tom Corbett thank him for spending hundreds of thousands of your tax dollars defending discrimination.  He's like a twenty first century George Wallace.

No More Passes For Alec Baldwin

I am a big fan of Alex Baldwin and I think his MSNBC show is at times compelling.

We all know he hates the celebrity part of being famous.

But,  if this is true  he may have lost his last chance with me.

Anderson Cooper has taken to Twitter to express that he has had enough.

He is reported to have called a photographer a "Cock sucking faggot".

According to Alec Baldwin being gay and doing what gay men do (sexually) is something to be derided and mocked and an insult.

How many times can we forgive Alec Baldwin?

Apparently Palin's Investors Made Her Apologize

Tea Bagger icon Sarah Palin has sort of apologized.


That alone is worthy of a moment of silence since the woman who does not know what she does know never ever admits to not knowing what she is talking about.

The deep thinking 1/2 term Governor of Alaska was recently asked about the Pope and she slammed him and called him a "Liberal" which in her world is the worst possible insult.

She was upset because His Holiness has expressed compassion, caring, tolerance, understanding and love.

Think about that for a moment!

ENDA - Will it Ever Become Law?

I appears the Senate is about to end debate and vote  on a bill that will prevent me from getting fired just because my guy is my guy.

In Pennsylvania not only can I not get married but if my employer did not like the fact that I was gay he/she could fire me.

Below is what some Senators have had to deal with in regards to this issue. Clearly the opponents of justice know they are on the wrong side of history so they have to make up unbelievable foolishness to try to sway people.

"One senator recalled having to explain to a colleague that the legislation would not require insurance companies to pay for sex-change operations. Another spoke of phone calls from constituents who were convinced that their children could be taught in school by men wearing dresses. And conservative groups like the Family Research Council are warning their supporters that the bill would force Christian bookstores to hire drag performers."

This is the extent that people who are afraid of love will go.   

What are they afraid of?

It appears that ENDA will pass the Senate it's fate is less than hopeful in the House.

Corbett; Pennsylvania is not New Jersey

Bowing to the political realities of the situation  NJ Governor Chris Christie has dropped his appeal of the court ruling allowing for marriage equality to be the law in the Garden State.
 

I'm sure once the Supreme Court refused to halt wedding until they ruled on the Governor's appeal in January was a pretty clear indication that Christie would have lost the appeal.  Not a great way to begin his second term or a presidential campaign.

Christie's strident opposition to marriage equality never seemed genuine and seemed out of character.  His words always seemed a bit forced and not genuine.  It was more like he was pandering to the far right on the issue.  Reality caught up to him and all the pandering in the world was not going to save him on this one.  The wave is too strong on this issue and in the end he just gave up.

So, now Pennsylvania is the only state in the Northeast to not recognize marriage equality.

When asked about the events in New Jersey Pennsylvania's brilliant Governor responded that's a different state with a different case.  Really? - New Jersey is a different state and the case before the NJ Supreme Court is not the same case making its way through the courts in Pennsylvania.  Thank you Governor Corbett - I had no idea.

Another School Shooting

So!  Just another school day in the United States of America.

A 12 year old child  walks into school with a semi-automatic weapon - blows away a teacher, shots two of his fellow students and then takes his own life.

And, the nation yawns.


I don't know what to say anymore.  I don't know what to think anymore.

What the hell people I mean really what the hell?

"By a Tyrant, not a President" - These People are Insane

Extreme right wing former Congressman Allen West took to his facebook page to call the President of the United States a tyrant because Mr. Obama refused to cave into Teabagger threats to our nations financial and economic future.


Mr. West claims that the ACA (Affordable Care Act) is not the law of the land and it was forced on the nation "by a tyrant, not a President.

Of course the ACA was passed by both houses of Congress, signed into law by the President of the United States, so yes indeed it is the law.  When the law was challenged by such great legal minds as Gov. Tom Corbett of my home state all the way to the Supreme Court where the law was held as constitutional and thus it remained the law of the land.  I don't know if Mr. West was in a coma or on some really wild drugs during the past few years and missed all that but sorry crazy man but it is the law of the land.

And, then there was an election and one guy said keep the law and the other guy said get rid of the law. Perhaps someone forgot to tell the former Congressman but the guy who wanted to keep the law won pretty big.

The former Florida Congressman has been getting more and more vocal lately last week he called President Obama  a spoiled brat and pathological liar.  Perhaps he is looking for a gig on Glenn Beck's The Blaze dot com.  Or maybe he's just trying to be more coarse, more ridiculous and to cheapen the nation's political discourse more than Ann Coulter.

These folks are mad and I do not mean in an angry sort if way.

Michelle Bachman, Jesus and The Devil

Minnesota Republican Congresswoman Michelle Bachman is either a liar or just a lunatic but either way it is still appalling how much attention the main stream media pays attention to her.  All this attention does is fatten her wallet and encourages her.

Her statements and actions become more and more outrageous as she gets closer to the end of her final term in the Congress.  Now, she is accusing the President of The United States of funding terrorists.  Is her insanity so deep that she is confusing Barack Obama with Ronald Reagan, has her warped mind gone back in time?

But, fear not because she is not all that bothered by the news the Barack/Ronald Obama/Reagan is giving arms to terrorists because it is a sign that the end days are coming. Jesus is on his way back to town and he is pissed.

I hope Fox News or MSNBC has a camera focused on the well dressed yet crazy woman from Minnesota in case Jesus does return.

I imagine it going something like this.

Jesus takes one look at her, checks his tablet and says

"Oh no Girlfriend you are NOT coming with me, you are going to stay right here where you are"

She looks around confused and begins to speak but Jesus raises his hand and continues

"See all those Gay people over there; they have voted you off Revelation Island, I have discussed the issue with my father and even he is convinced that you are beyond redemption."

The Congresswoman falls to her knees and begins to pray but Jesus says

"Who exactly are you praying to, I am standing right here?"

There is a ruckus to his right and out of the black clouds walks Dick Cheney and he says "She was praying to me"

Jesus just shakes his head and says "Dick you are such a little devil, Where's Liz?"

Liz Cheney appears from the dark smoke reaches down and pulls Mrs. Bachman to her feet and says "I am taking you to the promise land" 

Michelle with tears in her eyes walks through the black clouds, when she arrives on the other side she sees a sign.
