A federal district judge has issued a ruling that
has cleared the way for a challenge to Pennsylvania's 17 year old law banning marriage equality. The judge has set this Friday for a conference with all the interested parties to set the date and the ground rules for the actual case to be heard.
So, things are moving ahead - perhaps I won't be dead before I can get married in my home state.
And, next time you see Governor Tom Corbett thank him for spending hundreds of thousands of your tax dollars defending discrimination. He's like a twenty first century George Wallace.
